Ginnie-Mae Inc., the parent company of United Continental Holdings Inc., is about to announce an acquisition of the Aurora Aviation Group Inc. for $1,000 per share.

    Aurora’s stock is trading at $8.80 on Friday.

    The deal will include Aurora’s commercial airline, which is owned by United Continental.

    The Aurora purchase is the latest in a series of deals that Ginnie has been in talks with major airlines and airlines that have a strong presence in North America, including United, Delta Air Lines Inc., Alaska Airlines Group Inc., American Airlines Group, and Southwest Airlines Group.

    The company has been negotiating for several years with airlines, which it views as its key asset.

    The U.S. government has been pressing airlines to offer new aircraft and fuel for its fleet, which has been struggling with aging fleets and the economic downturn.

    Ginnie, which already operates a number of regional airports in the U.K., Ireland, Germany, and Austria, is now in a stronger position because of the acquisition, which will add to its fleet and increase the size of its planes.

    United Continental, which operates two dozen United States and Canadian airports, has been looking for a new partner to fill a critical void in its fleet of long-haul aircraft.

    The airline has been trying to expand its fleet by purchasing a number the likes of Continental’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

    The planes have a range of 800 to 1,400 miles and can carry up to 300 passengers.

    United’s fleet of Boeing 737s also is in need of a boost.

    A number of major airlines, including Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, and American Express Corp., have also been looking at buying airplanes.

    United and Delta, for example, are working to buy more of the long-range aircraft from Boeing.

    Ginnia has a long history of working with airlines to try to increase their fleets.

    The aircraft maker is known for its large fleet of jets, which can reach a maximum speed of about 730 mph.

    The new acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

    United will retain its existing aircraft.

    It will also retain the assets that were purchased from Aurora.

    United Continental is owned and operated by the American Airlines group.

    The Canadian airline, with operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, has had a rocky relationship with the government, which controls the airline’s charter operations.

    Airlines such as Delta and American have had to use charter planes operated by Ginnie to carry passengers and cargo.

    Ginos purchase of Aurora is another step in a long-term relationship that has included acquisitions of other airline assets.

    The parent company acquired the United Airlines Group in 1999 and the American International Group in 2001.

    The group has been working to increase its fleet.

    The FAA said it was working with Ginnie to determine if there was a potential transaction to acquire additional aircraft.

    United has had talks with a number airlines, as well as some airlines that are considered “non-traditional” carriers, including Delta, United, and United Continental and Alaska.

    It has also had talks about purchasing an additional 737 MAX aircraft from Airbus Group for $500 million.

    Aurora, which was founded in 1966 and has operated more than 1,500 airplanes, is a private company that operates 737 jets, and it is not a private airline.

    It is a subsidiary of United Airlines.

    The Federal Aviation Administration, the U:ss Federal Aviation Agency, regulates commercial aircraft and other air traffic.

    The United States has a fleet of at least 3,400 aircraft.

    Gains in aviation revenue are one of the main drivers of the U.:ss economy.

    United reported a net loss of $2.1 trillion in the fourth quarter of 2016.

    The $1 billion acquisition of Aurora and the Aurora Group, which also owns the Air Canada Group, Canadian Pacific Airways, and a number towing and maintenance companies, are part of a wider consolidation that the company is conducting in the aviation sector.

    United is also working on a $1 trillion plan to upgrade its fleet with new aircraft.

    A new Boeing 757 aircraft was recently tested for the first time.
